PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT will begin processing the following business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after card authorization.

Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax from your original payment. Once your return has been received and processed at our Returns Center, your refund will then be issued. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
