How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
You can purchase an E-Gift Card here. Following the check-out prompts, which will require a valid email address for delivery of the E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be delivered to the email address(es) provided by you at checkout once your order has been processed and payment has been taken.
E-Gift Cards are only available for purchase and redemption online at www.witandwisdomclothing.com. A gift card can be purchased in the following denominations: $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 & $150.00 and do not have an expiration date. *E-Gift Card purchase and redemption is only available for orders shipping within the U.S.
When I purchase my E-Gift Card online, how will I receive it?
E-Gift Cards are delivered by email only to the email address(es) you provide at checkout, which contains instructions on how to redeem your E-Gift Cards.
Can I change the value of an E-Gift Card once I've purchased it?
Regrettably, we are unable to change the value amount of an E-Gift Card once it has been purchased.
Are E-Gift Cards reloadable?
E-Gift Cards are not reloadable. However, you may always purchase a new E-Gift Card in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on www.witandwisdomclothing.com.
How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?
To get your balance, enter the card at checkout to see your available balance. You can also contact us and provide the following information for us to further assist you. Please include: the last four digits of your gift card number, the email address used for purchase and request a gift card balance check so that we can provide your balance information for you.
Are there any fees associated with Wit & Wisdom Clothing E-Gift Cards?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the E-Gift Card. Wit & Wisdom Clothing will not impose maintenance, processing, or other service fees.
Are any discounts applicable to E-Gift Cards?
No promotional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied to purchase an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards may only be purchased for full face value.
What if I lose my E-Gift Card?
Please safeguard your E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. However, if your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records without any fee. Please contact us if you require a replacement E-Gift Card.
Are E-Gift Cards redeemable for cash?
No. E-Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
