How do I join The Style Collective?
Have an account with us? Simply login to your account to start earning points when you shop or engage with us! Visit our Rewards Page to see all the ways you can earn points.

Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email requesting you to activate your account. Complete this step to secure your points.
How do I start earning points?
You can earn points just by creating an account, making purchases, as well as completing various activities. See list of ways to earn below or visit our Rewards Page to learn more! To be eligible, points must be earned using the email address registered to your account.
Please note that points earned per $1 spent (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) will be issued to your account once your order is marked as fulfilled in our system.

How do I redeem my points?
When you are ready to checkout, make sure you are logged in, and simply apply your points at checkout for discounts. Every 100 points = $10!
*Rewards discount cannot be combined with coupon codes for other promotions. Ex: A member cannot combine a $10 off Rewards Points with a 20% off Online Store Promotion.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of the date earned.
How is The Style Collective tier status determined?
Your ‘The Style Collective’ tier status is based on your total spending over a rolling 12-month period (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied). To qualify, purchases must be made using the email address registered to your account. A 'rolling year' refers to a 12-month period that begins the moment you reach a new tier. Please note that there may be a delay in the spend calculation that places you in your tier status until your order is marked as fulfilled in our system.
How does the Referral Program work?
It’s simple! When you sign up for our Refer-a-Friend program, you'll receive a unique referral link. Share this link with as many friends as you’d like. When your friends make their first purchase of $100 or more using your link, they’ll automatically get a $20 off discount at checkout (one-time use per email). For each successful referral, you’ll earn a $20 off coupon, added directly to your rewards account. Just make sure the email you used for the referral program matches your rewards account. To see your earned coupons, simply log in to the Rewards Page and check the ‘Rewards History’ section.

What happens to points if I return an item?
Points you earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
How do I check my points balance?
To check your points balance, you can simply login to your account here to review your point balance.
Why are my points not showing up?
To be awarded points, you must perform the action through selecting activities from the modal on the Rewards Page.
- Points earned per $1 spent (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) will be issued to your account once your order is marked as fulfilled in our system.
- Birthday Gift Reward: If you enter a birthday within the next 30 days, your reward will be issued to your account 30 days after the entry date.
- Points earned through other activities may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
What should I do if I forgot my password or username?
No worries! Proceed to the login page and click "forgot your password?" button to receive additional information to reset your password.
