Extended Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed from October 1, 2024 to December 10, 2024 are eligible for returns until January 10th, 2025. We accept the exchange or return of products purchased online through witandwisdomclothing.com within 30 days of purchase, with exception to orders placed from October 1, 2024 to December 10, 2024.
The return shipping cost will then be calculated when beginning the process of your return. Our system will calculate the cost based on the shipping location and the maximum fee is $7.95 USD. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount. Exchange requests are excluded from a return shipping label fee.
RETURN POLICY

Wit & Wisdom gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Please make sure to obtain a drop-off receipt for returns, Wit & Wisdom is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or shipment center. The drop-off receipt is your confirmation of the return. If you are sending the return using your own carrier, we are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive.
FULL RETURN POLICY
We accept the exchange or return of products purchased online through witandwisdomclothing.com within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping cost will then be calculated when begin the process of your return. Our system will calculate the cost based on the shipping location and the maximum fee is $7.95 USD. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not provide return labels for orders that are not in the continental USA, nor do we provide reimbursement for return labels outside the continental USA (this includes all US territories, international, FPO, APO addresses).
- Items purchased at a department store or a Wit & Wisdom retail partner online or in-store, cannot be returned to witandwisdomclothing.com.
- Only the retail store or website that you purchased the product from can accept the return.
- Changed your mind about a gift? Contact us for further assistance with returning your gift for an exchange of a new item.
- Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or price adjusted.
RETURN PROCESS
Wit & Wisdom offers returns at a maximum fee of $7.95 USD and free exchanges for orders shipping within the Continental U.S. All returns and exchanges must be shipped/mailed to the address on the return label.
Returning by FedEx Ground:
- Obtain a printed label from our online Returns Portal
- Enclose a copy of the packing slip in your return package.
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package, if possible. Adhere return shipping label provided by email for your approved return to the package.
- Drop off the package to any authorized FedEx drop-off location within 28 days. We suggest dropping off your package at a physical location so that you can receive a confirmation receipt for your safekeeping.
- Upon receiving and processing your returned order, you will receive notification of your refund or exchange.
If you need a new item(s) immediately, please contact us.
DISCLAIMER
- Full-price and sales items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final-Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at witandwisdomclothing.com
- Wit & Wisdom is fulfilling orders and processing returns five days a week, excluding holidays.
- Wit & Wisdom can not provide return labels and is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns for orders outside of the Continental US.
If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, Wit & Wisdom Clothing will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Wit & Wisdom will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S.
To receive a shipping label to start the replacement process of your product:
- Contact us during available business hours.
- Please be sure to include your order number found on your packing slip or can also be located on the order confirmation email received.
- Wit & Wisdom customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur.
- Wit & Wisdom is not liable for any damages and/or package loss from a third-party shipping service.
Per policy, refunds are issued in your original form of payment or can be issued in witandwisdomclothing.com store credit. Once your return has been received, it will be processed for a refund, and you will receive a confirmation email informing you of this transaction.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow for 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day your return was received for your account to be credited.
Wit & Wisdom will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of shipment date for price differences on witandwisdomclothing.com only. To receive a price adjustment, please contact us.
Please include your order number found on your packing slip, which can also be located on the order confirmation email received. All items marked as Sale are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.
